Kuu's online shop sells items for private and business clients in most countries.

 

All prices include VAT  24 %.

 

 

Delivery fees

 

Postage fee will be added by the package's size and weight. Items can also be collected from Kuu's gallery shop in Mallusjoki in which case there is no delivery charge.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE FINLAND: If you order outside Finland, please ask about postage fee and delivery time in advance by email.

 

 

Delivery time and payment

 

You will get a confirmation and payment details for your order in 24 hours. You can choose either credit card / debit card payment or wire transfer. Your order will be shipped as soon as the payment shows in our account. If the payment has not been cleared within 7 days the order will be cancelled. 

 

 

Return and exchange policy

 

All products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from receiving the package. Returned or exchanged products have to be in the original packages and unused condition. All our products are being packed in a way that they can be examined without breaking the package. Whole price of the returned product and its postage fee will be returned to client's account immediatelly. Client pays only the postage fee from returning the product.
